CONTACT NOWBorn and raised in Minnesota, I had a dream of flying and serving in the military. That dream came true in 2012 as I commissioned in the US Army as an aviation officer. The adventure began with my first year flying the AH-64 Apache as a platoon leader in South Korea. I then PCS’d to the 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, where I was fortunate to deploy to Afghanistan. My career finished in 2020 as I commanded an AH-64 Air Cavalry Troop in Colorado Springs and Eastern Europe.
I truly cherished my time in the military. The experiences, friendships, and challenges changed my life and forged my character. The second dream in my life was to start a company that serves a purpose I believe in.
After developing a fascination for real estate, I decided to get my real estate license. It became a perfect combination of running an exciting business and serving people. The word Home is deeply meaningful to me as I continuously “left home” and looked forward to “coming home.” Shortly after starting my career in real estate I saw a need for a nationwide platform that would help connect moving military families with veteran and military spouse real estate agents they can trust, nationwide.
In 2021, VeteranPCS was born. A website committed to serving both the veteran and military spouse businesses, the moving military families, and military-focused charities. Our mission is “Military Families Helping Military Families Move.”

Hello, I'm Anthony Gracia, a dedicated realtor with Veteran PCS, proudly based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Originally from Dallas, Texas, I bring over a decade of military service and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by service members and veterans to my real estate practice. My mission is to make your PCS move or homeownership journey seamless, stress-free, and tailored to your needs.
My journey began as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army, serving over ten years with assignments at Fort Benning and Fort Stewart, Georgia, where I spent four years and completed one deployment. I later served three years at Fort Hood, Texas, with another deployment, before concluding my active-duty career at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, as a Basic Combat Training Drill Sergeant for two years. In 2022, I transitioned out of the Army and joined the Colorado National Guard, where I've served for the past three years, leveraging my drill sergeant experience to train new recruits for basic training. This extensive military background gives me firsthand insight into the demands of military life and the complexities of relocating across the country.
As I transitioned out of active duty, my passion for real estate ignited. I began investing in rental properties, which sparked a calling to help others achieve their homeownership dreams. To equip myself for this mission, I earned my real estate license and a Master's in Business Administration, blending practical experience with strategic expertise. Today, I specialize in serving the military and veteran community in the greater Colorado Springs area, ensuring every client receives personalized guidance through buying, selling, or investing in homes.

In 2022 as a real estate broker in Colorado Springs, my business quadrupled. The growing success called for the starting of a brokerage that I could customize to fit my clients’ needs, thus, Solid Oak Realty Was Born. A small, highly personalized brokerage with systems and a team dedicated to prioritizing the needs of our clients, not the needs of a large office.
