Hello, I'm Anthony Gracia, a dedicated realtor with Veteran PCS, proudly based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Originally from Dallas, Texas, I bring over a decade of military service and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by service members and veterans to my real estate practice. My mission is to make your PCS move or homeownership journey seamless, stress-free, and tailored to your needs.

My journey began as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army, serving over ten years with assignments at Fort Benning and Fort Stewart, Georgia, where I spent four years and completed one deployment. I later served three years at Fort Hood, Texas, with another deployment, before concluding my active-duty career at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, as a Basic Combat Training Drill Sergeant for two years. In 2022, I transitioned out of the Army and joined the Colorado National Guard, where I've served for the past three years, leveraging my drill sergeant experience to train new recruits for basic training. This extensive military background gives me firsthand insight into the demands of military life and the complexities of relocating across the country.

As I transitioned out of active duty, my passion for real estate ignited. I began investing in rental properties, which sparked a calling to help others achieve their homeownership dreams. To equip myself for this mission, I earned my real estate license and a Master's in Business Administration, blending practical experience with strategic expertise. Today, I specialize in serving the military and veteran community in the greater Colorado Springs area, ensuring every client receives personalized guidance through buying, selling, or investing in homes.
