Hey everyone, I’m Tyler, your South Metro Denver REALTOR®. I was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado, and have spent more than half my life in the area. After graduating from Colorado State University (Go RAMS!) with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science, I was fortunate to earn a pilot slot in the U.S. Air Force. That took me to pilot training in Texas and eventually to Boise, Idaho, where I flew the F-15E Strike Eagle.

Over the course of my 12-year active-duty career, my family and I moved five times—and we were lucky it wasn’t more! Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of the challenges, excitement, and uncertainty that come with relocating. After all those moves, Colorado is where we chose to plant our flag, and I’m incredibly grateful to call it home again.

As a REALTOR®, I believe buying or selling a home should feel empowering, not overwhelming. My job is to provide honest guidance, clear communication, and a steady hand from our first conversation through the closing table. I especially enjoy helping first-time buyers navigate the Colorado market, but whether you’re buying your first home, relocating, investing, or preparing to sell, I take the time to understand your goals and build a strategy around them.

My military background taught me the value of preparation, discipline, attention to detail, and—most importantly—putting people first. I bring that same mindset to real estate every day.
